This class you’ll learn the fundamentals of MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, & Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll safely learn the techniques, and skills of a Mixed Martial Artist, stance & footwork, transitions, proper distancing, and what tools used in each and every distance, bridging the gaps, and one of the most important things – position before execution! It’s a great workout, and a fun way to learn Martial Arts, and Self Defense, you don’t have to be a fighter to train like one! The T3MA MMA program will help you develop a complete martial arts skillset where you can defend yourself standing in a combat fight, taking an opponent to the ground, or sweep or submit a larger opponent.
