At T3MA we provide flexible billing options for our customers with simple terms and on-line or in-person cancellation options (with 14 days’ notice). We are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional training environment for all students, coaches, and staff.

Membership Policy*

I understand that membership is in effect for ongoing months from the Membership Start Date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either Client or T3MA of Bellevue, LLP, with notification within 14 days in advance of the next billing date. Any long-term member agreements (we offer optional 6 month and 12 month terms) can be cancelled within 3 days and any unused portions will be refunded within 30 days. I understand that T3MA reserves the right to suspend or terminate my membership at any time due to violation of school policies or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

Billing Policy*

I agree to purchase a membership with an automatic monthly recurring charge to my credit or debit card and that I must provide 14 days’ notice via the online Freeze / Cancel form to terminate billing.

Cancellation, Freeze, and limited weekly program policies*

I understand that billing suspension or cancellation must be completed at least 14 days before the recurring billing date and is done online via the Freeze / Cancel form. I also understand that the limited weekly programs like the "Twice a Week attendance" do not allow makeup classes (if you miss a class one week, you are not eligible for an additional session the following week).

Uniform Policy*

I understand that all students must wear the official T3MA uniform during class (Gi, rash guard, shorts, or other approved attire depending on the program). Students who arrive without the proper T3MA uniform will not be allowed to participate in class. Students who violate this policy will receive up to two email reminders. If the issue continues after two reminders, the membership will be automatically discontinued without any refunds or credits.

Behavior Policy*

I understand that all students must treat coaches, staff members, and fellow students with respect at all times. Disrespectful behavior, including yelling, arguing, or creating a hostile environment, will not be tolerated. T3MA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately if a student’s behavior negatively impacts others or disrupts the school environment. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the T3MA Uniform, Billing, and Behavior Policy. I understand that failure to follow these policies may result in suspension or termination of my membership without refund.
