Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly effective martial art for men, women, and children from all walks of life. It relies on leverage, timing, and proper technique to overcome larger and stronger opponents. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will give you confidence, knowledge, body-dexterity and fitness. We offer Submission Grappling classes on Monday at T3MA of Redmond as part of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Programs. At T3MA you can train to the level of intensity you feel comfortable with.

YOUTH MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
The T3MA Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing program focused on the same skills and techniques as our adult program. Kids will learn the the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing in a fun and controlled environment. We offer a combined class for youth and adults so the whole family can participate in learning lifelong skills to promote health, wellness, and confidence. Sharing the experience of martial arts with your children helps you connect with them and share common experiences that promote a long lasting common love of martial arts.
The T3MA Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program has two age groups. Our PeeWee group is for ages 3-6, and our Youth group is ages 7-14. We offer separate and combined classes. PeeWees can join the combined class once they graduate to ensure they are ready to participate with the older kids in a safe and productive environment. The combined classes provide an opportunity for the younger kids to learn from the older kids, the older kids to provide leadership, and a convenience for parents of children that span both age groups. Our lead instructors and their assistants ensure the kids are getting the best instruction in a fun and safe environment. We offer lots of class options throughout the week to meet you and your child’s busy schedules.
We offer specialized training for kids who wish to compete in local and national tournaments. These classes were developed by our multi world champion instructors to help them leverage the same skills our instructors used to win multiple world titles in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. Please contact us for more information about our competition team and how to register for tournaments and other events.

This means that members can attend this many classes per week and can choose what day(s) they wish to attend. For instance, a twice-a-week member could attend a class on Monday and Tuesday one week and then Wednesday and Thursday the following week. All of our adult programs are unlimited attendance; adults can attend our noon or evening classes as often as they like. If you are interested in attending a free a trial-class contact us to schedule.
The billing cycle begins on the day you sign up for a program and you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of that day. For instance, if you sign up on July 15th, your next billing will be on August 15th. You can cancel your membership anytime before you are billed, but we ask you provide two weeks notice as a courtesy (please see cancellation policy below).
If you are going to be traveling or away from the gym for three weeks or more, we offer a billing suspension option. We can put your account on “suspension” so that you will not be billed during this time. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program requires that members wear a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Gi (aka Kimono). We have Elite and T3MA Gis available for sale at our gym for most ages / sizes. For our Adult BJJ program we do not require members to purchase our gis but we appreciate our members supporting the gym by purchasing our brand. We are a TEAM so ask adults to purchase a T3MA patch kit if an alternate gi is purchased. We require Elite or T3MA Gi’s for our PeeWee and Youth programs which are available at a discount when you sign up. For our Muay Thai or No-Gi (Submission Grappling) classes we recommend comfortable shorts with no zippers and a light weight t-shirt or rash guard (we also offer these items in the gym).
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has 13 belt colors for Youths and 7 for adults. When you join our gym as a member, we will sell you a white belt and any future promotions the belts are free! We also do not charge for testing of belts. We want the belt promotions to be about the achievement of the student and not economics. We follow the IBJJF guidelines for the minimum amount of time for a belt promotion, but each student develops at different speeds and often the actual time is much longer than the minimum. Be patient and enjoy the journey.
We have a unique program at T3MA to help ensure everyone gets has a great experience when training in any of our combat programs. We help students indicate what level of intensity they wish to train at by offering T3MA Intensity Bands. A green colored wrist band helps the instructors and other students know a student is either new to the program or wishes to train at a lower intensity. A Green band would indicate a student does not want to do full-sparring sessions and can “flow roll” in BJJ or do mitt or pad work in a striking class like Muay Thai or MMA. It is recommended that all students new to a program wear a green band for their first month of training.
T3MA was formed as a family gym and it has maintained that same culture as we have grown. It is important to us that our members are enjoying our programs and feel they are getting a great value. We will continue to offer great programs and service and while you are enjoying it please continue as a paid member.
Absolutely! Come on out for a free trial class and if you enjoy the program you can sign up for a month with no long term commitment and no membership fees. We have free trial uniforms that you can use, so just wear some comfortable shorts and a t-shirt and give it a try.

No, the wonderful thing about BJJ is that it builds on what comes natural to us. Students will learn and execute moves on their first day. We have a great program to ensure new members have a great first experience and then allow them to develop and train at whatever level of intensity they wish. We have members of all ages and skill levels and we all enjoy training and sparring with each other. You will learn how to defend yourself from a larger stronger opponent and be able to start using what you learn after a few classes.
If you want to learn a martial art that will develop strength, skills, confidence, in a fun and exciting environment with the appropriate amount of discipline than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for you. We do not give out black belts, they are earned.
