The T3MA Strength and Conditioning gym is available during any of our classes. Students can add the Strength and Conditioning program to any existing program and integrate in stretching, conditioning and strength training with their martial arts training. Parents can maximize their time at the gym, by getting a workout during our youth martial arts classes.
We have everything you need to get a great workout from elipticals, fan bikes, kettle bells, slam balls, free weights, squat racks, and selectable machines. Come in during any of our open hours and workout at your own pace.
