Sign in to MindBody and Clock-in
Restock all trial gear
Check inventory and restock retail gear
Check inventory and restock lounge supplies (cups, coffee, hand towels, etc.)
Clean and restock bathroom (toilet paper, hand towels, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Ensure gym is tidy and clean
Respond to customer emails
Call or email any trials from the previous day that did not sign up
Welcome all students as they enter the school
Make sure to be in the front desk 10 min before the start of each class
Make sure all the students sign into the class (once class begins verify student count on mat and signed in student in MindBody)
If you have a trial student; help them sign into the class via iPad, give a quick tour, and provide the trial gear
Follow school policy for any requests to borrow gear (e.g. gi, belt, shorts, etc). Some gear (e.g. gi) requires a rental fee.
Review customer accounts in MindBody (run reports for expiring credit cards, respond to emails, etc)
Check on the bathroom and changing rooms for any service needs
Make yourself available to all the clients (once other tasks care complete, proactively engage with customers)
Gathering all used trial Gis and belts (must be washed between each use)
Check if bathroom is cleaned
Clockout on MindBody and lock the computer (Windows Key + “L”)
